TheraNatal OvaVite consists of 3 pills a day: one tablet and two softgels. The Tablet One tablet contains essential nutrients including methylated folate and choline to support your baby's healthy neural tube and brain development, vitamin D3 to promote a healthy vitamin D level for conception and pregnancy, and several other vitamins and minerals to prepare your body for pregnancy. TheraNatal products are free of artificial dyes, so the tablet has a natural, speckled appearance. It is normal for the speckling to darken over time. The Softgels Two softgels provide 250 mg of CoQ10 formulated with patented VESIsorb® technology for optimal absorption and bioavailability. This means that taking two OvaVite softgels is equivalent to taking 750-1,500 mg of CoQ10 from other supplements.
