How to take:
Adults: Start with 3-6 drops in water or juice. Increase by 6 drops per day to optimal dose.
Children & Sensitive Individuals: Start with 1 drop in water or juice. Increase intake by 3 drops every 3-4 days or as tolerated to optimal dose.
